Justin Forty

I've spent the last 25 years of my career in the automotive industry, beginning as a shop helper in 2000 and eventually taking over a 30-year-old transmission shop in 2008. After years of hard work and dedication. I’ve dedicated myself to providing top-notch repairs, upgrades and accessories for all your truck needs. In 2017, Bennett and I opened Performance Authority, eager to bring our skills and expertise to the people of Helena. Our attention to detail and passion for quality work sets us apart from the rest. We take pride in every job, big or small.

Garret Smith

After high school, Garrett served in the military as an aircraft mechanic. Following his service, he returned to school and earned a degree in Diesel Technology from Helena College. While completing his degree, he gained practical experience working at a local truck shop. Garrett joined Performance Authority in 2019. He has been a great asset to our team.

Kyler O'Connell

A Helena native, Kyler graduated from Montana State University Billings in 2022 with a degree in Diesel Technology. Prior to joining Performance Authority, he managed a construction company’s fleet for two years, gaining valuable hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and operations management. Outside of work, Kyler enjoys spending time outdoors, pursuing activities like motocross, hunting, and hiking.

Shanelle Forty

Justin's wife is the backbone of shop, expertly managing phone calls and ensuring that the team has all parts they need to keep things running smoothly. Her organizational skills and support for the guys in the shop a crucial role in their success. Whether it’s taking orders or coordinating deliveries, she makes sure everything is in place for a seamless operation. Her commitment truly makes a difference in the day-to-day activities of the shop.
